For all custom orders a 50% deposit is required at time of ordering. Work on your order will then start and you will be sent progress pictures. Remaining balance due on approval of digital proofs. These orders will be sent 1st or 2nd class recorded post.postage will be calculated on final weight/,size of package and will be added to your final payment.

Any personalised items are non refundable unless faulty or not as described.

All other buy it now items will be sent 2nd class postage and the price includes the postage costs.

If you're not happy with your order for whatever reason please contact me in the first instance to see if anything can be done to rectify.

If you cancel your custom order the deposit is non refundable. If I cannot supply your request all.monies will be refunded or a substitute design can be discussed.

In the unlikely event you need to return your items postage will.not be refunded and buyer to also pay for return postage.Refunds will.be made on receipt of returned goods.These should be in the same condition as when recieved.

Please ensure you notify me of any problems with your order within 7 days to effect a refund.
